PARISH MISSION | MOVILLE

A powerful few days of prayer and renewal in Moville Parish.

Over four days at the start of March, parishioners gathered for a Parish Mission led by the Passionist Fathers — Fr John Friel CP and Fr Aidan Troy CP — centred on the theme “Called to be Pilgrims of Hope Renewed.”

From early morning Mass to evening prayer, there was a strong sense of faith, reflection and encouragement throughout the parish. The Mission included reflections on healing, forgiveness and hope, along with the Sacraments, Adoration, and a special Children’s Mission with the local schools.

It was especially moving to see young people taking part — offering simple and heartfelt prayers for the world, for the sick, for families and for peace.

A real moment of grace for the parish community.
