Black dog in Rossnadough, this dog has become a complete nuisance pulling bins etc, it has been around here the last 36Hours consistently either in the field across the road or around local houses, there is camera footage of it around these houses all last night, and in the yard first thing this morning, if you own this dog please take him control of the situation, or if you know who owns him please contact them to let them know, or the relevant authorities will have to be contacted.
