SEPTEMBER BLESSING OF SCHOOL/COLLEGE BAGS
As the new school year is getting underway, students, teachers and their families are invited to join us for a blessing of school/college bags during the 9.00am Clonaghadoo Mass and the 11.00am Parish Church Mass next Sunday Sept 13th. This is a chance to bring God’s
blessing on all the hopes and dreams every student and their families have for the year ahead. So please share this with friends, family and neighbours. All welcome. Don’t forget your school bag!!!!!

Holding in our prayers tonight the families of the deceased and injured in this morning's road traffic accident. Thoughts too with the Emergecny Services Personnel and Gardai who attened at the scene. O God, be gracious and bless us and let your face shed its light upon us.

SACRED HEART NOVENA - DAY 9 - To be with Jesus when he calls. 'Father, I want those whom you have given me, to be with me where I am, so that they may see the glory which you have given me.' Lord Jesus, give us the grace never to turn back from our decision to answer your call to follow you faithfully. You went the whole way in giving your life fo us. Lord, you are especially close to us when we suffer. Help us to unite our sufferings with yours for the salvation of the world. And help us to pray often on your passion and death. Lord, give me the courage and faith to carry on, knowing that you never stop loving me. Help me to see that with you I can do everything that your call asks of me.
