Anima Christi - Soul of Christ, is a Catholic prayer dating back to the 14th century. Traditionally prayed after receiving the Eucharist, it is a meditation on union with Christ, seeking His grace, protection, and presence in every part of life.

As we celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, when the Church celebrates the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, this prayer invites us to reflect more deeply on the mystery and gift of Christ who gives Himself to us in the Blessed Sacrament.

Corpus Christi reminds us that Christ is not distant or symbolic, but truly present among us in the Holy Eucharist.

What a privilege it was to welcome students from across the country to our annual Live Life Retreat in memory of Donal Walsh.

A day like this brings us back to what matters most; faith, hope, and to live life.

No matter who you are or where you’ve been, God’s love is constant, personal, and unchanging. You are deeply known, fully seen, and endlessly loved.

Thank you to everyone who travelled from near and far to share in such a special day and to honour Donal’s legacy.
