✝️ The Memorial of Our Lady of Sorrows ✝️

A feast honouring the Virgin Mary’s profound sorrow and compassion as she shared in the suffering of her Son, Jesus.

Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us. 🕊️
May God bring comfort, healing, and peace to every sorrowful heart today.

Prayer to Our Lady of Sorrows 🙏

O Most Sorrowful Mother, on this day I turn to you with love and trust.

You who stood faithfully beside the Cross of your Son, you know the pain of a wounded heart, the sorrow of loss, and the weight of suffering.

Mary, Mother of Sorrows, bring my burdens to Jesus. Teach me to remain faithful when life is difficult, to trust God when I cannot understand,
and to keep hope alive in times of darkness.

Comfort those who are grieving, strengthen those who are suffering, and bring peace to troubled hearts.

Holy Mother, hold me close beneath your mantle and lead me ever closer to your Son, Jesus. Amen.

✝️ FEAST OF THE EXALTATION OF THE HOLY CROSS ✝️
Yo
A Prayer for the Exaltation of the Holy Cross 🙏

Lord Jesus,
as I look upon Your Holy Cross,
help me remember the depth of Your love for me.

When I carry my own crosses,
give me courage not to lose hope.
Teach me to trust You in times of suffering,
and to see Your presence even in difficult moments.

May Your Cross remind me
that love is stronger than suffering,
light is stronger than darkness,
and life is stronger than death.

Jesus, I trust in You.
May Your Holy Cross be my strength,
my hope, and my salvation.

Today, we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary ~ the birthday of Mary, the Mother of Jesus.

Mary’s birth is seen as a joyful preparation for the coming of Christ. Her “yes” to God at the Annunciation would eventually bring the Savior into the world.

“Hail, Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.”
— Luke 1:28

Let us prayer 🙏

Blessed Virgin Mary,
on this joyful feast of your Nativity,
we thank God for the gift of your life.
Pray for us, that like you,
we may say “yes” to God’s will
with faith, humility, and love.
Lead us ever closer to your Son, Jesus,
and obtain for us the grace to follow Him faithfully.
Amen.

Happy Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary! 🌹 Ave Maria!
