He is there in the conversation with a friend, the kindness of a stranger, the laughter around the table, the quiet journey home, or the few minutes we make for prayer.

You don’t have to disconnect from the world to stay connected to God. ❤️

Saint Carlo Acutis was a teenager who loved many of the same things young people enjoy today; computers, gaming, friends and having fun.

But at the centre of his life was something deeper... his friendship with Jesus.

Carlo used his talents with technology to share his faith and help others discover the Eucharist. He showed that holiness isn’t just for priests, saints in stained-glass windows, or people who seem to have everything figured out.

New school year. Come try something new.

Are you aged 14–18? Come along to St. Joseph’s Redemptorist Youth Group and see what we’re about.

Whether you’ve been involved with us before or you’re completely new, you’re very welcome.

Our mission is to serve young people and we believe this is a space young people in Dundalk to thrive.

It’s a chance to meet others, get involved, explore faith and try something different. We’ve got plenty planned for the year ahead, including trips, workshops, volunteering opportunities and more.

There’s no pressure and no expectations — just come along and see what you think.

True joy rarely lives in the noise. It’s found in the simple, everyday blessings God quietly places in our path when we slow down enough to notice them. ✨

Back in June, we walked the Camino de Santiago with an incredible group of young adults — a pilgrimage that was about so much more than reaching the destination. 🥾🌿

The Camino taught us about faith, community, what truly matters and the lessons we carry with us long after the journey ends. We came home with great memories, shared experiences and a deeper sense of what it means to journey together.
