Fr. Brendan Comerford SJ will be giving an introductory course on the The Early Years of Christian Theology and Spirituality (33 – 1,000 AD ) in the autumn. You do not have to have any prior knowledge of this subject. These talks will take place on Saturday mornings from 10.00 am. to 12 noon. Further details later.

Some of our choir in the coffee room this morning ☺️ Officially finished for the summer, back second Sunday of September. We would like to thank all the choir for lending their voices and helping us pray each week at 11am mass ♥️

Summer Concert at St. Francis Xavier Church
The Fighting Blindness Visionaries Choir will be performing their summer concert at St. Francis Xavier Church, Gardiner Street on Sunday 28th June at 4.00pm. They promise a very enjoyable performance with songs that will appeal to all tastes.
There is a small donation fee of 10 euro per ticket that will go to 'Fighting Blindness' which a local sight loss charity on Hill Street.
We would love to see you there!

THE NOVENA TO THE SACRED HEART starts on Thursday 4th June and ends on Friday 12th June. This year’s preacher is Fr. Brendan Comerford SJ.
Mass times: Weekdays at 11 am and 7.30 pm; Saturday at 11 am and 6 pm; Sunday at 11 am and 7.30 pm.

Preacher for the Novena of Grace, beginning on 4th March
Fr. Brian Christopher will be our preacher this year. Brian is coming to us all the way from Belize in Central America. In 2022, Brian celebrated 25 years as a Jesuit. In those years, Brian has worked among refugees in Ethiopia, with AIDS patients in Minneapolis, with gang-involved youth in Chicago, with young prisoners in Belize. He has also served as a parish priest. He is currently superior of the Jesuit community in Belize. Brian should have some interesting stories to share with us.
Mass times:
Mon-Fri: 11 am, 1 pm & 7.30 pm
Saturday: 11 am, 1 pm & 6 pm
Sunday: 11 am, 12.30 pm & 3.30 pm
