A lovely morning spent with Dublin & Glendalough Mothers’ Union members celebrating Annabella Hayes Day. We gathered with Rev Colin, MU Chaplain at St. Fintan’s cemetery Sutton and afterwards in the Marine Hotel. Rev. Colin lead us in prayer as we gave thanks for the great things MU has done across Ireland and challenged us to think about what we have contributed/gained from our membership.

Yesterday, Drumcondra and North Strand celebrated 130 years since Mother's Union was started in their parish. The service was lead by Rev. Garth Bunting, and the preacher was Archbishop Michael Jackson. Our MU Chaplain was also present. The singing was wonderful and we enjoyed refreshments and cake in the school hall afterwards.
