Saint Bartholomew's Church

Saint Bartholomew's Church Saint Bartholomew's Church The beautiful church of Saint Bartholomew's, Clyde Road, was consecrated in 1867. The architect was Thomas Wyat.

Many of its original features are intact, such as the sanctuary mosaics and the elaborate wrought iron choir screen. The church has always been known for its High Anglican liturgical tradition.

The service will be followed by the procession (weather permitting) with three stops with prayers offered for the local community. You are welcome to join us for the procession but if you wish, you can remain in the church grounds where refreshments will be offered after the completion of the short procession. We are very grateful to have the Saint George's Brass Band playing for us and for the assistance of the community Gardai.
