⏳ Zakat Reminder 🕌
As Ramadan comes to a close, remember to fulfil your zakat obligations:

1️⃣ Zakat al-Fitr – must be paid before the Eid prayer so that those in need can celebrate Eid with dignity.
Ibn Abbas (r.a.) said: "The Prophet (p.b.u.h.) enjoined Zakat-ul-Fitr to purify the fasting person from verbal errors and evil deeds and to feed the poor. Whoever gives it before Eid Prayer, it will be an accepted Zakat, and whoever gives after Eid prayer, it will be Sadaqa," narrated by Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, Hakim and others.

2️⃣ Zakat al-Māl – your annual zakat on savings, gold, investments, and other qualifying assets.

Unsure what to pay, where to pay or how it’s calculated?

Purify your wealth, help those in need, and seek Allah’s pleasure.

May Allah accept from all of us. 🤲

Zakat ul-Fitr is payable during Ramadan and before Eid. Allah, Tabaraka wa ta'aala, made Zakat an obligation and one of the five pillars of Islam. Find out more about both and how you can pay them.
