Imagine the chaos if players on a team, all wearing the same uniform, decided to compete against one another rather than pass the ball, make the tackle or create space for their teammates.

A team’s strength comes from having a united direction and purpose — and from each player using what they have to help the others succeed.

The Church is no different.

We may worship differently.
We may have different traditions.
We may have different strengths and emphases.

But we have one Lord, one mission and one Kingdom.

The goal is to see the Church in Ireland become stronger, healthier and more effective in making Jesus known.

Our goal is clear.
Our mission is set.
