As part of Autism Awareness Month this April, the Dublin Diocese has provided posters to help raise awareness and understanding of autism within our parish community.

These posters will be displayed in our churches and parish centre throughout the month. We warmly encourage parishioners to take a moment to read them and reflect on how we can all contribute to creating a more inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environment for individuals and families living with autism.

Let us continue to grow as a community of understanding, kindness, and respect for all.

Thank you for your support.

Lá Fhéile Bríde

1st February, is the Feast of Saint Brigid, Abbess and Secondary Patron of Ireland. Saint Brigid is renowned for her hospitality, almsgiving and care of the sick.
You brought hope to the downcast.
Cover those who are troubled and anxious, and may peace be firmly rooted in our hearts and in our world.
Inspire us to act justly and to reverence all God has made.

Saint Brigid’s Day is a celebration of hope, renewal, and the divine feminine, honoring the legacy of Ireland’s beloved patroness.

The 1st Purple candle is lit on the 1st Sunday in Advent, Nov 30th and is the candle of HOPE marking the beginning of the Advent season. As the flickering flame illuminates the darkness, it serves as a powerful reminder of the hope that Christ's birth brings to the world.
