Today we say goodbye to our National Coordinating Chaplain, Anne. She has pioneered our programme through creating the training, supporting the chaplains, troubleshooting, facilitating retreats & reflections, starting the monthly YM/YW prayer times, and much more over these last 3 years.

She's trained 12 volunteer chaplains across 6 different YMCAs in Ireland --- all to create our team who seeks to care for everyone involved in YMCAs! Here's to many more years of blessing, support, learning, flourishing, comradrie, & care!

Some good ol' wisdom for the weekend. Here at the Y, we seek to create safe spaces for all the wanderers out there!

As the chaplaincy team, we are part of these safe spaces for wanderers so if you are wondering about faith, spirituality, grief, the pressures of life, etc. - get in touch of one of the YMCA chaplains at your Y.

Massive thanks to David from YMCA Cork who led our monthly YMCA / YWCA time last week. We reflected together through a guided time of listening, gratitude, silence, & spoken prayer.
