We’re honoured to welcome Peter Read as our Saturday evening speaker at Flow Conference 2026.

Peter was the Vice Principal of Regents Theological College and has spent decades planting churches, leading congregations, and equipping leaders across the UK and around the world. His passion is to see the Church thrive through servant-hearted leadership, biblical truth, and a renewed focus on God’s mission.

Known for his engaging and humorous teaching style, Peter has a unique ability to unpack Scripture in ways that are both deeply insightful and immediately applicable to everyday life.

We’re delighted to announce that Pam Troy will be speaking at Flow Conference 2026 on Saturday afternoon.

Pam is the Pastor of Oasis Christian Fellowship in Roscrea and serves on the Elim Ireland Leadership Team. She is passionate about seeing lives transformed by Jesus and is known for her heart to love people, serve communities, and advance God’s Kingdom in practical ways.

Her authentic, faith-filled ministry has encouraged churches across Ireland, and we’re looking forward to hearing what God has placed on her heart for Flow Conference.

Neil serves as Pastor of Monaghan Elim Church and was recently appointed leader of Elim Churches in Ireland. He is passionate about seeing healthy churches, developed leaders, and God’s Kingdom advancing throughout our nation.

Neil carries a wealth of experience, wisdom, and a genuine heart for people. We believe his ministry will encourage, challenge, and inspire everyone attending Flow Conference.
