Here is the Act of Entrustment to the Heart of Jesus which we will offer at the Mass for the Feast of the Sacred Heart (16 June 2023 at 7.30 pm):
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, source of all good, we adore you
and we entrust our lives, our families and our country to your love and mercy.
Grant that we may live in you, for you, and with you.
May your Heart be for us an inexhaustible source of your abundant gifts.
May our lives celebrate the Father's love for us and bear witness to your enduring mercy.
Open our hearts with longing that we may satisfy our hunger and thirst with your Word and the Bread of Life.
Protect us, comfort us, help us in our time of need.
Touch our hearts with compassion that we may reach out to those who are suffering.
May your divine heart be opened, O Jesus, so that your grace may flow through our land today.
May your blessing be always upon us, on our families and on our country
Bring your mercy and your peace to those in our families and in our country who do not yet know your love.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place all our trust in you.
Amen.
