Craving a takeaway? Try this easy Flahavan’s oat-based fakeaway instead 🍕

This simple, family-friendly recipe is perfect for a relaxing night in and a fun way to switch things up using Flahavan’s oats!

Serves 2 | Takes 15 mins

INGREDIENTS
85g Progress Oats
1 egg white
½ tsp salt
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan or nutritional yeast

Tomato topping:
1 tin chopped tomatoes (drained)
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp honey
Salt & pepper

METHOD
Preheat oven to 200°C.

Mix all topping ingredients together and blend until smooth.

Blend oats, egg white, salt and any extras until smooth.
Cook half the mixture in a lightly oiled pan for 2 mins until set, then repeat with the remaining mixture.

Transfer bases to a tray, add topping and bake for 5 mins. Enjoy!
