Our Parish Lotto Jackpot has now reached €5,200 and it is up for grabs this Tuesday and and it could be all yours. All you have to do is buy a ticket for €2 to be in with a chance to win.
Last year we gave out €35,570, and this year we have paid out €8,960 so far, and as you can see, a lot of money continues to be paid out to our participants.
The Parish Lotto also pays out a guaranteed €250 every week irrespective of whether the jackpot is won or not. So, get your tickets now.
You can buy a ticket from any of our promoters or subscribe to our Parish Lotto either online or by buying an annual subscription.
Tickets, 1/2 year and full year subscriptions can be purchased in the Parish Office from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm each day, or contact me, Christy Morrin at [email protected].

Pope Leo XIV—Prayer for Sport

Lord of life we thank you for the gift of Sport, for the Friendships born on the field and the joy of playing as a Team. You teach us in life as in the game no one is saved alone, we need others to grow, to learn respect, to overcome our limits, to clelebrate together the victories we achieve. We ask that sport may always be a school of fraternity not of empty rivalry, a space of encounter not exclusion, a place of peace not violence.
May those who play, train or cheer discover in sport a universal language that brings cultures together, unites people and fosters respect, solidarity and personal growth.
Lord, may every Sport become a parable of life lived with you working with joy and effort, living with humility in defeat and with gratitude in the victory you offer in your resurrection.
