What an amazing Celebration Day at Gartan NS. We are so lucky to have this wonderful school as part of our Parish - it is a place of safety, of nurture, of learning and of joy!

We had a great night at our Men’s Burger Bash on Wednesday 10th June - with burgers, hot dogs, delicious salads (thanks Valerie and Caroline!) and a few alcohol free beers!

Thanks to all who attended.

On the eve of the World Cup Opener, we thought about running the race of faith together and keeping our eyes on Jesus.

We also had a conversation about setting up a Men’s Group to meet more regularly during the year: WATCH THIS SPACE!!

The Rector was the guest preacher on Sunday 7th June at the Patronal Festival in St Columba’s Church, Knock in East Belfast.

This followed a visit to Conwal and Gartan last week by Canon John Auchmuty, Rector of Knock. Revd Adrian and Canon John are pictured here.

Also in the picture is Canon Ken Smyth, who was Revd Adrian’s training Rector in Newtownards.
