It’s been an emotional week as we gathered to say a fond farewell to a man who has been such an important part of our lives and our community for the past 28 years.
As we tried to summon the words to fully express our appreciation for all that Fr. Casey has done for us, we were reminded of just how much he has shared in the lives of our parishioners. He was there for us in the very best times of our lives, supported us through our darkest hours, and walked alongside us on all the ordinary days in between.
After 28 years of dedicated service, friendship and commitment to our parish and community, we simply say thank you.
Thank you for the memories, the guidance, the kindness and the years of service so generously given.
As you begin this new chapter and return home to Causeway, we wish you good health, happiness and every blessing for the years ahead.
Go raibh míle maith agat, Fr. Casey.
