This online session is for those who are discerning a calling to this important ministry. The session is also for ordained ministers, lay workers and accredited local preachers who will support those in training in their local context.

The Salvation series continues with Salvation as justification this Sunday. All welcome to 10am service led by Rev. John. Kids colouring in the back of church.

We have a busy Sunday this week as we will be holding our Back to School Sunday as and kick off a new season of Sunday School. Rev John will start a new series on 'Salvation' which will run to mid November, with the occasional break for other services. This Sunday we will consider Salvation as forgiveness as we approach the Lord's Table for Holy Communion. All welcome to 10am Service and Sunday School!

Plans are underway for a large-scale restoration project at Wicklow Methodist Church involving the restoration of the iconic rose window within the church, with the first fundraiser for the project aiming to help parents with back to school clothing costs in September.

Information on supporting Nepal -

🇳🇵 Nepal Floods Response

In light of the devastating floods in Nepal, WDR has provided an immediate emergency grant of £3,000 (€3,500) to our partner, Kopila Nepal based in Pokhara.

NGOs in the country are being asked to help in whatever way they can. This emergency funding will enable Kopila to respond by providing counsellors and carers to local hospitals, supporting survivors and families who have lost loved ones.

Many Kopila staff are social workers and are well equipped to offer this expert care. In Bina Silwal's (Director of Kopila) words, Kopila staff are there to support those with "tearful eyes and painful hearts".

We are thankful that Kopila’s own work has not been directly impacted and that all their staff are safe.

It is your support that makes it possible for WDR to respond with financial assistance to our partners in times of great need. Thank you for standing with us and our global partners.
