The Cork & Ross annual pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from September 18th-23rd. A sealed petition box & petitions for completion are available in the main entrance to both parish churches. These petitions will be transported to Lourdes & placed at the Grotto for parishioners who wish to complete same. Please place completed petitions in boxes before September 8th

The death has been announced of Denis Galvin, Glengarriff, and formerly of Cu**er, Newcestown, peacefully on July 9th.
Beloved husband of Mary, loving father of John, Danny and Damien and dear brother of Dan.
Sadly missed by his loving family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Requiem Mass for Denis will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, Glengarriff on Monday July 13th at 11am followed by burial at St John the Baptist Church graveyard, Newcestown (arriving at 1:15pm approximately).
May Denis rest in peace.
