Di kayu salib, kita melihat bukti bahwa Bapa selalu baik. Maka ketika jawaban-Nya adalah “tidak” atau “tunggu”, kita boleh tetap percaya.

Jika Bapa tidak menyayangkan Anak-Nya sendiri, bagaimana mungkin Ia menahan apa yang sungguh-sungguh baik bagi kita?

Mungkin yang kita sebut penolakan adalah perlindungan-Nya.
Mungkin yang kita sebut penundaan adalah persiapan-Nya.
