Kemerdekaan itu adalah suara yang membenamkan rindunya dalam palung nada dan asa.

Kemerdekaan itu adalah notasi yang menghidupi udara tempatnya berorkestrasi.

Kemerdekaan itu adalah bunyi syair yang bergema di sudut-sudut rumah-Nya.

Kemerdekaan itu adalah sastra yang berkata-kata tanpa perlu tahu 'demi apa?'

Kemerdekaan itu adalah bisikan yang berbaris di balik pengeras suara tanpa pernah bertanya 'siapa gerangan yang mengaturnya?'
