Unceasing Cantica Jakarta Unceasing (English) = Never Ending
Cantica (Latin) = Praise
Unceasing Cantica = Never Ending Praise Currently there are seven UC choirs.

Unceasing Cantica Jakarta started originally as a college choir in Bandung in 2001 under its first director and organizer, Dante Oblimar, currently a music faculty of the Adventist University of the Philippines. Upon graduating, the members moved to different cities and organized their respective UC chapters. Three in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bandung and Balikpapan), two in Philippines (AUP and Manila)

, one in Sydney and one in Thailand. True to its name "Unceasing Praise" the choirs, composed no longer of students but of professionals, continue its commitment to the cause of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the music ministry. UC Jakarta is currently under the direction of Rihot Butarbutar.
