THE BLESSING OF SERVING

Jesus set the example: “I am among you as one who serves” Luke 22:27

When you serve:
You grow - God develops you through giving
You connect - You build real community
You heal - Serving gets your eyes off your problems
You shine - Your light points people to Jesus Matthew 5:16
You partner with God - He uses your hands to touch lives

Serving is not about being used.
It’s about being USED BY GOD.

No gift is too small.
No task is too low.
No season is wasted when you serve.

“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another” 1 Peter 4:10

Church, community, home... somewhere needs YOU.
Step up. Show up. Serve up. ❤️

HELP THEM SEE JESUS

As a believer, you need to understand that your salvation is connected to someone’s obedience, and that you are one of the fruits of that obedience.

Now that you are saved, God is also looking forward to the fruits of your obedience. What are you doing about the need to reach out to those who are yet to know the Lord? Remember, the Great Commission is the responsibility of every believer.

Mark 16:15 (KJV)
“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

I have listed below five ways you can get involved in this kingdom assignment:

1. Speak to others about Jesus and the gift of eternal life.
2. Let your life visibly demonstrate the life of Christ in all you do, at all times. There are those who will receive Jesus because they see Him in you.
3. Engage consistently in intercessory prayer for the lost.
4. Give your resources to support soul-winning outreaches and discipleship efforts.
5. Make yourself available to volunteer in services that facilitate the effective running of soul-winning outreaches and discipleship efforts.

Jesus said in Luke 19:10 (KJV):
“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

If you are doing nothing in alignment with this mission, you need to understand that you are out of alignment with heaven’s vision and you are unfruitful.

Take this seriously.

Lord have mercy and help us.
