Celebration of 81st Birthday Anniversary!

Today marks the auspicious occasion of Dharmachakra Day, commemorating the moment when our compassionate Teacher, Lord Buddha, first turned the Wheel of Dharma at the Deer Park in Sarnath. It is also the joyous celebration of the 81st birthday of our most precious Root Guru, His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang, the supreme holder of the Drikung Kagyu lineage.

On this most auspicious day, we offer our heartfelt prayers for His Holiness’s long life, excellent health, and the ever-expanding flourishing of his enlightened activities throughout the world. We also encourage everyone to engage wholeheartedly in virtuous deeds and dedicate the accumulated merit for the longevity of our precious Guru and for the benefit of all sentient beings.

May all be blessed with peace, happiness, and auspiciousness. Anniversary!
