PIF had celebrated his 10th year aniversary at HCM campus Wednesday, December 30th, 2020. At that moment, we had opportunity to award 148 athletes, 11 staff member and 9 volunteers with medals and honor and merite plaques. That moment was so special and the quests felt welcome!

Our Christian national soccer league is becoming a very successful Christian league. First time a National Christian league is being established. We had six city teams participated this first season. EDAS from Petit Goave, AS2SSM from St Marc, UJSCH from St Marc, KOD 15 from Canaan, CSD from Titanyen and Play It Forward From Fonds- Parisien. EDAS and Play IT Forward were the two teams in final so PIF is the first champion team in that league. PIF is making history! We would love to ask your prayer for the next season 2019.

If someone asks me why do I love sport? I would tell him because it connects people together where we build relationships on the field. I would tell him sport is unique. Everyone comes to watch and love. What I like the most about sport is because it gives us the opportunity to transform lives. Djorguens is our HCM driver, he drove us for the first time to play a game in the city of St Marc, look his emotion after we scored a gold. That day, he was really encouraged, he became lover of the team. How many people we don’t know who connect with us when they just see us playing soccer. Do we really make influence or impact with our sport ministry? Of course yes, we do send positive feedback, message to thousands of people. How many athletes who turn their back to delinquency, alcohol,drug,sexuality due to sport? There are many of them who prefer to stay at school and play for Jesus!

Project Living Hope/Academy of Sport and Leadership and Play It Forward are together using sport as a tool to proclaim the gospel and make disciples in the world of sport and play. PLH/ASL has provided funds to run the national Christian Soccer league. We have several cities/communities teams who are playing in the league. Every weekend, many people from the communities who are impacted by watching the games and participating in our devotion. All our staff are trained to be disciples makers and also trained in the area of leadership. Players become a whole model for other people in the community. We would love to ask your prayer for the league continues making its impact.

We thank God for yesterday game . It was tough game . We lost the final 3-2. But we won a soul for Christ. After devotion before the game started, one of our players gave his life to God. And three Bibles were given to the team captain. Please continue praying for our team.

For I can do everything through christ, who gives me strength. Phi 4: 13. Today at 3 pm PIF team is going to play the final game in the competition at Olympic center in port-au- prince. We lost one final in 2012 at Fonds but today we will do it again. We don't how things can turn out for us but whatever is happened God is in our journey. Please help us in prayer!

We want to inform supporters and friends that PIF has participated in three competitions this year, we eliminated in quarter final in last two but now we are playing in the final next sunday in port- au- prince. It was difficult but it is now come to a victory for our team and staff. Ask your prayer for the team win.
