Summary of Haiti situation ( repost)
I am going to share what is happening on the ground in Haiti from firsthand experience.
The situation is terrible, I can't imagine a situation in the world that could be worse (although there probably is). The estimated 12,000-armed boys and men with unlimited ammo is destroying Port-au-Prince one business at a time, one hospital at a time, several lives at a time all day long. The best way to describe what these gang members are is calling them Serial Killers. They thrive on seeing blood each and every day.
One young lady told me she witnessed a truck of guys driving past a teenage girl going home from school. One gang guy pulled out his gun and shot her in the leg, they stopped laughed and another one shot her in the head, then they drove away laughing. This is what they are doing each and every day.
Doesn't matter your age (even babies), s*x, social status if they want to see blood, you are dead or at least shot or cut with a machete. The evil is beyond anything that can be describe.
I know over the past year, youtubers and social influencers have come to have sit down meetings with gang leaders. They pay them money for the interviews (which is used to buy more bullets) then they are lied to for the entire interview. The gangs try to spin that they are trying to right Haiti and get rid of corruption and they are really the good guys fighting for Haiti's life. It seems like most convince the person doing the interview that this is true. THESE ARE ALL LIES. They are not fighting for Haiti; they are killers destroying and taking lives of the poor every day. It is the poor people who are suffering as thugs cut off food supplies, burn Missions, destroy hospitals, burn houses, and take lives. The Elite of the country continue to live their lives and prosper in Haiti with the gangs having only effecting their weekend travel to Miami. The reason gangs are doing this, is to be more powerful and richer for themselves, they care nothing about people or the country of Haiti.
Many shared with me how they have lost many of the older people from their family and friends (older being 55 and up), they just lay down and don't wake up, because of the stress and fear of the situation going on around them.
Gangs are recruiting young kids at a record pace. The gangs cut food off to an area and then when everyone is starving to death, they recruit the boys to become gang members, and they join so they can have something to eat. The gang then dope them up and turn them into killers. Estimation is over 50% of the gang members are under age 18.
To see and hear children crying and being in fear as bullets are flying all around and them not knowing when they are going to be shot was a common theme all this past week. Everything is fine then a gun battle breaks out and crying starts because of the fear that grips them.
Haitian people just want a chance to live without fear. Every Haitian I talked to last week are hoping and praying that Trump will do something to help. Comments like "might not be good for Haitians in the states but will Trump do something so we can live here in Haiti." All have family in the states that are worried about being deported and the only reason they are worried about being deported is because of being killed when returned to Haiti. If Haiti had security, they want to return to their homes on their own because they miss their families.
This situation is something I don't understand, and why it has been allowed to get to this point. I see many solutions. Take out the gang leaders with airstrike or night-time raid. This would cause a lot of inward fighting among the gangs themselves as different ones try to take over leadership. Many killing each other in the process. Then after new leadership established do it again. A couple times of this, a lot less gang members and no leadership. This would enable to Haitian police to get the upper hand and contain the situation. Or even maybe this - Cut off all the 1000's of rounds of ammo flooding into the country into these gang members hands, how are they getting all this ammo?? WHY DOES THE WORLD WANT SO MANY HAITIANS KILLED OFF?? This is what I don't understand.
Please pray that someone will do something and do it today!!!
