"Durant ma formation, j’ai développé des compétences clés en planification et organisation de projets, suivi des délais et budgets, gestion des risques et changements, communication efficace avec les parties prenantes. J’ai également appris à tirer des leçons de chaque projet pour améliorer les résultats futurs.

Après avoir suivi le programme Certified Project Officer (CPO) avec Open Hearts Ministry–Haiti et le Center for Project Innovation (CPI), j’ai voulu passer de la formation à l’action concrète. C’est ainsi qu’est né ULTIMORA 90, mon projet professionnel. Mon objectif est simple : offrir aux jeunes de ma communauté des opportunités d’éducation et d’emploi, tout en les sensibilisant à des actions quotidiennes pour protéger notre environnement. Je veux que chaque participant puisse apprendre, créer, et agir pour améliorer sa vie et celle de ceux qui l’entourent.

Je dirais aux prochains étudiants que ce programme est une opportunité unique d’acquérir des compétences concrètes en gestion de projet, de mieux comprendre comment planifier, suivre et réussir des projets réels, tout en développant la confiance et le leadership nécessaires pour avoir un véritable impact dans sa communauté ou son organisation.
