To help strengthen the marriages of our married students 👩‍❤️‍👨, Professor Osvaldo Almonte leads the ministry “Interwoven with Love” ❤️. This initiative provides training and biblical guidance so couples can apply valuable principles to their daily lives and relationships 💓.The word used in Genesis 2:24, often translated in the Reina Valera version as “will unite,” comes from the Hebrew word דָּבַק (dābaq) 📖. It carries the beautiful image of clinging to, holding fast, or being closely connected—like two threads woven tightly together 🪡🪢.

For the second year in a row, a team from the Goodman Oaks Church of Christ in Mississippi 🇺🇸 traveled to Tegucigalpa, Honduras 🇭🇳 to serve families in a marginalized community. Their visit brought not only practical help but also joy and encouragement—from sharing with the children at Baxter 🤩 to offering uplifting words during devotional time 🙌.We’re especially grateful to Adalberto Gutierrez, Baxter graduate from the Class of 2006 and now the Hispanic minister at Goodman Oaks, for helping lead this beautiful expression of Christ’s love.Thank you for blessing so many lives during your time in Honduras! 🌎❤️

At Baxter, we take great pride in valuing and celebrating the diversity of our students, which was beautifully embodied in our Cultural Fair 2024. With representation from twelve different nations, we savored the delicious food, admired unique customs, and move to the beat of lively songs from around the world. Our graduates always reflect with fondness on the incredible experience Baxter provided in teaching them to appreciate and honor the differences in each culture.

In just 30 days, we were on a Spring trail that took us through a remarkable journey, traversing 12 States and talking about God’s incredible work in Latin America. Witnessing sins being washed away, planting churches, and sending 21 mission teams was heartwarming.
