"2014 Until Now"

There are no words, other than bittersweet, to announce that God is closing this chapter of our family ministering in Honduras and is calling us into a new, exciting adventure of serving Him back in the States.

God's timing and His plans are perfect, always! And how sweet it is to have so many people that is it difficult to say to them "Hasta Luego". But we are confident that the Lord will continue to lead our family in ministry just as He has here at Enlaces con Cristo, where part of our hearts will be always

Over the past few years at Enlaces Bilingual School, we have focused on Galatians 5:22-23 and how we can produce love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control in our lives when we surrender to Jesus.

Something important God has shown us as we have started year 8 in Honduras is that Biblical discipleship means teaching the Word of God, leading by example, walking with, and then creating open doors and entrusting those disciples to do the same.

"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others." - 2 Timothy 2:2

One of our kids' favorite pictures from 2024 they say, and we agree ♥

We love to pause and look at pictures and reflect on how God has blessed over the past year, in our family and in the ministry.

With that, we have created our end of the year "Through Our Eyes" newsletter that recaps 2024 here in Honduras, through the eyes of our kids 👦🏼 👧🏼 🧒 🤱

We hope you can take a few minutes to listen to the kids (who have been waiting to make this video ALL year, according to Ezra) as THEY share what they have seen and learned this past year as missionary kids and also students in the bilingual school.

This past weekend, the team shared the last testimonies of the year here at the Rec Center, as we will be closed in December to celebrate Navidad with family. 🎄

Its always a special time of the year, where we can focus on celebrating the Lord's birth, and remind everyone that its not only in December that we can receive the most precious gift of Jesus Our Savior.

Please join us in prayer that every seed planted and watered in this past year, through every testimony given, that they will grow and be fruitful with many coming to know the Prince of Peace 🙏

And as December begins, we hope you reflect as well on the amazing gift that God has given you - and share Him with family and friends as you gather together.

Lots has been happening here in Honduras since our last post, especially with different events like the Cultural Night where the kids celebrated their heritage with food and dancing 💃 Here's a little glimpse!

It's been a little over a month since we welcomed our newest member to the mission, Uriah Aaron Saurers 🤱
