📖Hatred and Forgiveness📖

📌 Today’s Message from Genesis 50:15-21
After their father Jacob died, Joseph’s brothers were terrified. They thought, “Now Joseph will hate us and pay us back for all the evil we did to him.”
🙇‍♀️But Joseph’s response was powerful:
✅“Do not fear, for am I in the place of God?
As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good…
So do not fear; I will provide for you and your little ones.”
(Genesis 50:19-21)

✅What a beautiful picture of true forgiveness!
Joseph didn’t deny the pain or the wrong that was done to him.
Yet he chose not to repay hatred with hatred.
He saw God’s bigger purpose and chose mercy, kindness, and care instead.
✅Today’s message challenges us:
When people hurt us, will we hold on to hatred… or will we follow Joseph’s example and choose forgiveness?
✅Forgiveness doesn’t mean the wound never happened. True forgiveness doesn’t ignore the hurt — it hands the hurt over to God and refuses to let hatred take root.

✅It means we refuse to let bitterness control us, and we trust God to turn even the painful things for good.
✅🙏May the Lord help us to release hatred and walk in the freedom of forgiveness.
✅🙏Let’s pray for soft hearts and the strength to let go.

Trusting in the Name of the Lord ❤️
Good morning thursday 🥰

Psalm 20

✅ May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.
✅ May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.
✅ May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings.
✅ May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.
✅ May we shout for joy over your victory and lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests.
✅ Now this I know: The LORD gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.
✅ Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
✅They are brought to their knees and fall, but we rise up and stand firm.
9 LORD, give victory to the king! Answer us when we call!
