聖文德堂關社組重組於2013年9月。本著基督愛人及聖方濟締造和平的精神，同時秉承天主教通諭和社會訓導，以互相尊重及理性客觀的態度，熱切關心弱勢社群及受壓迫的階層，對社會上不公義的事情發聲。

與堂區教友一起從信仰角度關懷社區及社會上的事項，以發揮愛主、愛人的方濟精神。
