立秋

【中文 】
立秋了，
天还热，风已经凉了。
吃口秋润食物，把夏天亏的补回来；
敬满地的收成，谢大地给得大方。
不急，不争，跟着节气走。
关上门，静下心，
人一静，风就来了。

【英文 】
It's Liqiu.
Still hot, but the wind's turned cooler.
Have something juicy—make up for summer's toll.
Cheers to the harvest—thanks to the earth for giving so much.
Don't rush. Don't fight it. Go with the season.
Shut the door. Calm your mind.
When you're still, the breeze finds you.
