Special announcement: On 25 May, the Legion of Mary and Bethany Choir proudly represented Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (“OLMC”) at the DPCF & KAMMPI Celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Diocese of Hong Kong. Their performance featured unique costumes crafted by them from recycled materials, showcasing both artistry and creation. We are delighted to share that they were awarded a certificate for being the most resourceful - a joyful recognition of their creativity and dedication!

Sunday English Mass at OLMC

Our 11:45 am English Mass is always overflowing with faithful hearts — especially when our Parish Priest, Fr. Thomas Law, is the celebrant. The Main church is packed, the church lobby is packed and even the glass-rooms upstairs are packed.

Today’s readings (31/5/2026) reminded us of God’s boundless love. Fr. Law brought this message to life by explaining the meaning of the holy kiss. With a joyful spirit, he demonstrated it with one of our altar servers, then invited the same altar server to share the holy kiss with his father. A beautiful sign of love passed from the altar to the family. 💞

Fr. Law’s gift is making each Mass not only reverent but also deeply engaging and memorable. His homilies touch both mind and heart, leaving us inspired to live out God’s love in our daily lives.

May we continue to grow together in faith, love, and joy at OLMC.
