Bible Encounter 2026
On September 6, the Sunday Filipino Community successfully held its annual Bible Encounter, bringing together 23 participating teams in a spirit of faith, learning, and fellowship.
This year's coverage focused on the Pentateuch Books: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. Participants demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of God's Word through friendly competition, while deepening their appreciation of the Sacred Scripture.
More than a contest, the Bible Encounter served as a reminder that we are all winners because we encounter Jesus through His Word. This annual event strengthened our faith and encouraged everyone to continue studying and living out God's message in our daily lives.
To recognize the outstanding performance of the participants, the top three highest-scoring teams were honored and awarded medals for their achievement. The rest of the teams were given consolation prizes. Their dedication and preparation were truly commendable.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all 23 teams, the organizers - our Herald Team, and to all those who have contributed to the success of this meaningful event. May this Bible Encounter inspire us all to grow closer to Christ and remain steadfast in our journey of faith through the study of God's Word.
