英國倫敦音樂學院於２０１１年４月１日正式指定亞洲國際手鈴協會（香港）為香港及澳門手鈴考試唯一的聯絡及考評中心，在香港及華人地區開創歷史一刻，奠定手鈴在香港及澳門地區的考試制度。

英國倫敦音樂學院為英國一百五十年老校 —— 泰晤士河谷大學Thames Valley University旗下的專業音樂訓練及教育學院。建校至今，英國倫敦音樂學院一直為音樂藝術各方面設立考試，並授以證書。本手鈴考試，除了有英國倫敦音樂學院首席考官John Howard 教授為考試監督外，還有美國權威手鈴指揮家及教育家Debbie Rice 及加拿大愛蒙頓手鈴協會 John Hooper 博士為顧問，故信譽及成績公認於國際。

The London College of Music Examinations is conducted by the University of West London in the United Kingdom. Dated 1st April 2011, the examination authority has authorized the Asia International Handbell Assocation (Hong Kong) as the only associated authority to run Handbell Examinations in Hong Kong, as well as marking a new page of Hong Kong Handbell History. The London College of Music is a professional music training and educating academy which was established by the 150-year old University of West London (former Thames Valley University). Since then, the LCM has been setting up examinations for a variety of musical forms, and also issued certificates. John Howard, who is the Chief Examiner and the Director of the Examination, with Dr. John Hooper of Cananda and Mdm Debbie Rice of USA being the honorary consultants.

#2026香港手鈴界盛事

由手鈴家荒井弘高教授帶領之日本白鷗大學手鈴隊，將於3月來港，與由亞洲國際手鈴協會(香港)高浩恩先生指揮的The Renaitre Ringers 一同演出多首世界古典巨著各手鈴原創曲。白鷗大學手鈴隊與The Renaitre Ringers 於2024年在日本靜岡濱松舉行的世界手鈴會議相遇，一年多來聯繫交流緊密，荒井老師更曾於2025年暑假來港，作The Renaitre Ringers 的手鈴音樂訓練營指揮。今年，兩團將會一同演出多首名曲，與香港學界分享變化萬千之手鈴音樂。是次演出，還邀得香港國際手鈴奧林匹克榮譽金獎得主，香港基督教信義會元朗信義中學手鈴隊同台演出，共襄盛舉。
