本來無一物，何以染塵埃？
「萬物皆空」不是指世界不存在，而是指事物沒有固定不變的本質。一個碗，可以是飯碗、收納盒、裝飾品，它本身什麼都是，又什麼都不是，這就是空性。我們所有的爭執、煩惱與控制欲，其實都是內心在跟自己較勁。心不著相，萬法皆空。
