โ€‹In Talk 1, we learned that the people in Colossae were falling into two dangerous errors--Idolatrous Mysticism and Rigid Piety. Both flow out from the fear that Jesus was not enough to protect them.

May Paulโ€™s words remind us that ministry often involves sacrifice, perseverance, and even suffering โ€” but it is never in vain. His joy in suffering comes from knowing that his trials serve the growth of the Church. โœจ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
