The Science & Art of Happiness: A Certificate Programme on Positive Psychology & Evidence-Based Transformative Practice

Chief Instructor|Dr. Eve Ekman
Dr. Eve Ekman is internationally recognised for her work bridging scientific research, emotional skills training, and contemplative wisdom. She served as Director of Training—and now Senior Fellow—at the Greater Good Science Center, UC Berkeley.
Her research on empathy, burnout, and compassion has been published in the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and the Oxford Handbook of Compassion Science. She co-created the acclaimed Atlas of Emotions and the Cultivating Emotional Balance (CEB) programme, and has collaborated with Apple Inc. in developing evidence-informed wellbeing tools, including Fitness+, Breathe, and Reflect.
