How often do we reflect on the fallout made by destruction and chaos - and what we’re doing to help?

As Pope Leo XIV declares the theme, “Care for Creation” for World Prayer Day, we invite ALL (yes, all) to join us for our Monthly Adoration. 🌿

Whether you’ve just resumed school, moved up a grade, graduated, working - and feel the pressure, set this time to look beyond yourself. Bring your intentions and your hopes for the sustained growth of God’s creation.

📍 Venue: Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (MTR Admiralty, Exit F)

It’s time for a little self-reflection! As we reach the halfway mark of 2026, living in Hong Kong, we know that so much can happen. 😵‍💫 Why not take a moment of rest?

“Trust on Earth Youth Retreat 2026” is open to all. Following the theme, Spiritual Staycation: A Season of Rest, this is a day to step away from the routine, and re-align with God’s wisdom and peace. Led by Fr. Daniel Kim, M.M. - and taking place on the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary it will be a time to also ask our Mother to journey with us. All young adults are welcome.

FAITH FULLY BREWED 📖 co-presented by Coffee BOATS, or Based On A True Story. Come through and learn from VG Rev. Paul Kam how coffee has changed a number of people’s lives. Whether you love coffee or not, you’ll feel the warmth in your soul.

Friday Morning Run — This Friday, June 19th!

This week we’re running as “Athletes of Christ” — offering our discipline, endurance, and every stride on the pavement as training for both body and soul. We’re aligning with Pope Leo’s monthly prayer intention on the values of sports. Physical training for spiritual growth! 💪✝️

All paces welcome! Come for the miles, stay for the fellowship.

DEAR FRIENDS 💌 Let’s check-in on your Lenten journey.

We’re halfway through Lent, and it’s no secret that we can face difficulties through this season. Which is why we are reminded of the beautiful messages from the Blessing of the City, earlier this year.

The HKDEY celebrated the Hong Kong Diocese’s 80th Anniversary in Chater Garden. We played songs of hope and reminded how wrapped we are in God’s embrace. Now, we pass this message on through our Lenten journey.

Let us pray for the courage to seek and look upon Jesus’ face, as Holy Week quickly approaches. 🏃🏽💨
