Established in 2011, LEAD is the restructured juridical and canonical Province (structure) of the Brothers of the Christian Schools (De La Salle) in the Pacific Asia Region. All in all, LEAD is composed of 127 Brothers, 28 Communities, 82 Schools / Institutions, and almost 180,000 students. It envisions itself to be a fraternal and cohesive District, with members who are willing collaborators in building truly human communities amidst the diversity of faith traditions, culture, educational and political-economic systems and that reflect the values of God’s Kingdom as expressed in the Gospel; and will be constantly searching for and effecting ways to better fulfill the Lasallian mission of providing a human and Christian / Spiritual education to the young, especially the poor and those at risk in the context of new forms of interdependence on international levels.

From 21 September to 21 October, Lasallians around the world come together for the International Lasallian Days for Peace 2026, with the theme “Peace by Piece: Building a Fraternal World.”
