觀音講堂 西方寺及東林念佛堂住持寬運法師，秉承恩師上永下惺老和尚弘法利生之悲願，乃發起於葵涌籌建「觀音講堂」，以服務社會，利樂眾生為宗旨，弘揚正法，廣化有緣。
