始建於光緒廿八年。1964年善信將太陰娘娘廟及玉皇大帝凌宵殿合建成太陰娘娘廟。廟內供奉太陰娘娘、玉皇大帝、觀音菩薩、財帛星君、張天師等。為香港現存兩座太陰娘娘廟之一。
