Meet Andy. He is one of our continuing education students at Manos de Cristo. Andy has been sponsored to go to school through Manos de Cristo since he was in primary school. He is now studying for a career in accounting.

Andy's mom, Vilma, has a crippled leg and has difficulty leaving the house and earning money. Andy's father is unfortunately not involved in his life and is not supporting the family financially. Manos de Cristo is honored that Andy is able to go to school through a sponsorship and has a sponsor that has been faithful to keep going all the way through continuing education.

Education past ninth grade used to be an unreachable dream to the children in Andy's community, but we are blessed that the Lord has given us the opportunity to help kids like Andy dream big because they have a Big God!

The week is wrapping up with our first official team in Guatemala! We have seen God work in great ways and are excited to see the growth in the team members and the field. The team got to spend time with our ministries at Manos de Cristo and Creación de Dios.

Today is , the international day of giving. A day when you can make a difference for at-risk children in Guatemala and help us take care of them after school. Would you consider sponsoring a child at Creación de Dios for just $40/month? This will provide them with a meal and tutoring 5 days a week.
