Not your prayer but your righteousness

Every Christian is interested in prayers, especially the ones which aim at the devil and his demons. Prayer is very important in every Christian life plus not withstanding the fact that Jesus wanted us to pray without ceasing, He knew the benefits of prayer; but to pray in your sins is like throwing dust into God’s eyes. He will not forgive you.

Prayer is not for every one, especially if you have no intention of repenting now. One thing I as a Prophet of God come to realise is that, because Christians think they can pray, or prayer is free, they careless about righteousness. So if you careless about being upright but rather resort to praying so that God would overlook all your wrongs yet hear you, then you should be prepared to face God’s punishment for disobedient children who will not stop disturbing God with their prayers.

1st Peter 3:12 says “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.” You see, prayer is indeed for the righteous because it is them that God hears, not everyone. I hereby urge every follower of Christ to prioritise pursuing uprightness instead of living your life anyhow and deceiving yourself that your prayer can save you. Repent now.

The old testament

A grain of rice if hand picked to be cooked and eaten cannot bring satiety unless a certain amount of grain is fetched together to be cooked before it can accomplish it's purpose, and such is the word of God. It fully functions when one holds in high esteem both the old and new testament. Many preachers today have succeeded in manipulating people by informing them that the old testament ceased to be effective after the introduction of the new testament. God will deal with such persons if they continue to delude people.

Any person who disregards the old testament whether inwardly or outwardly will never experience the full power of God. That is why most men of God are as row as an uncooked egg. They tell you principles in the old book are archaic and most of them are about the Israelites but not us, but as a matter of fact we are not Israelites agreed, but why are you still taking tithes if the old testament is past, or better still is it not God’s same word that says the moment you become born-again you automatically become an Israelite spiritually? If so, why then are people despising the old testament. The old testament is like a source of energy like the akosombo dam whiles the new testament is like the switch on your wall, so when the dam produces the energy, you need to on your switch so your lights can come into full function.

Matthew 4:1-11 makes it clear to us how Jesus Christ Himself who is the word quoted the old testament to defeat Satan, Christ could have created His own words or new quotes but He depicted to us how important the old testament was and should be to us. In Matthew 5:17, Christ enlightened by saying: “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” The verse is self explanatory, ponder over this particular verse and check your position in heaven if only you will make it there.

For heavens' sake..

What will the devil and his demons do with your money, marriage, children, your business etc etc? Nothing. They can not spend money, what will they purchase or when your marriage is fulfilling how well does that benefit them? Think about it, although they might not gain anything from stealing whatever makes your life successful and fulfilling, they still go ahead to torment people with catastrophes.

The idea is very simple; they are very much interested in getting you very frustrated so you will set your mind on the hot waters you are passing through, you will now lose your focus on your maker and you know the moment you set your focus on anything else other than God and heaven, your chances of loosing your salvation becomes very high. Make your salvation very important and a first priority in your life. Always remind yourself that no matter what you may be passing through, you will not be shaken or overwhelmed by it.

Stand firm on your grounds in whatever situation you find yourself in and continue to praise God for even bringing whatever trouble you find yourself in into your life just like Job stood His grounds, you see, in the end, it all ended in praise. Know this that God will never break you; your situation is here to make you and give you a beautiful story.

Who changed your mind?

Why are we fond of copying blindly as Christians and throwing away our originality; that which differentiates us from the world? It is so sad that when you see a Christian today and an unbeliever, you might never be able to tell the difference, some unbelievers are even better off than these so-called Christians. What in God’s name happened? Travelling back in time into the 80s and even 90s, you can tell that there has been a change between Christianity then and now, from the messages to the way of dressing. No wonder today’s Christians are full of incurable ailments.

It is a good thing for us to learn from others but when it comes to God and His principles, He urges us to learn from the Holy book and His spirit, not from what will be acceptable or from the norm of the day! Oh Christians today, who changed your mind? See how souls are perishing even though they were believers, see how sicknesses have taken a better part of God’s children even though they are following Christ. Well, I thought Christ was to bring redemption, why then are His followers still suffering? The answer is simple; it is because they have been deluded by their leaders.

Galatians 3:1 reads “ O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?” When your pastors, bishops, prophets, priests etc gave in to the anti-christ by accepting his teachings, they made way for catastrophes to befall you. They copied blindly and encouraged their members to do things that are not acceptable in the kingdom of heaven and the commonest we all see today is the way they allow you Christians to dress to church and as for the head covering, almost all churches have stopped practicing. Who indeed changed your mind? You all can attest that whatever I teach is true. If you do not go back to the old ways of true Christianity, you shall never be free from troubles befalling you and in the end you will succeed in landing your souls in hades and you will realise how you have wasted your lives. Well, there is still time and it is now.

Give generously...

We all know this popular verse in the scripture which says there is more blessing in giving than receiving and this only should be a yard stick to encourage Christians to cultivate a good habit of giving unto the Lord without mumbling but very unfortunately, many people have some believe that when they give, it is their leaders who get to spend the monies with their families so they refuse to give whole-heartedly.

The earth and everything in it belongs to the Lord, He’s given it unto humans to take charge over everything He’s made yet when He needs something, He asks from us to give unto Him; God can just take whatever He has given you without Him asking but He asks just to see the kind of heart you possess. When God seeks something from you and you give unto Him whole- heartedly, you do so in exchange for
your life, Satan knows this and this is the reason he fills your heads with controversies so you would not give at all or give mumbling. Job 2:4 reads “And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.” As cunning as the devil is, do not allow yourself to be deceived by him, he knows the essence of giving unto God.

When Jesus stood by the offering bowl and acknowledged the fact that it was the poor widow who had given wholesomely and it was her offering that had been accepted by God, He meant to teach us the importance of giving generously, not like we should be under any form of cohesion or showing off. God knows every heart and He knows what we would receive from Him when we give whole-heartedly ; even Satan quoted it in the verse above. Remember, your giving firms up your salvation, therefore when you are giving unto the Lord, do it with a heart of joy.

See it (wealth).

It is one thing to perceive to be wealthy and another thing to be wealthy. The latter takes a lot of work. As children of God, it is His desire to make you successful by blessing you but there are so many things God makes us experience in life to help us in our success journey and this message will enlighten us.

Your environment and childhood memories about people and things that happened are great contributing factors to your becoming successful in life. The things you saw growing up plays an important role in your journey of fulfilment. Many times when we see people doing things especially good things or even bad, we hurriedly condemn them but that should not be the case because the moment you condemn their actions, you can never pick anything good from them. To emerge successful, you must be able to consciously reflect into your past and gather memories of what people did to become successful. Mind you, if you have not experienced or seen, you cannot have it, and I am going to take you to 2kings 2:9- 10 which reads “ And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me. 2:10 And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.” You see, Elijah told Elisha you can only have what you ask for if you see me being taken away, meaning if Elisha misses the episode of seeing his master being taken away, he cannot receive what he desires.

The environment is a life- teacher which gives us opportunities to help us in understanding life better by providing people’s life stories to us just so we can pick from them and learn. Many of the things I as a prophet of God have been able to do is as a result of the things I saw and experienced growing up, I did not condemn them but I just took the lessons out and threw the bad ones away, and this is what I beseech you all to do. Begin to ponder over your experiences with people or what you have seen people do and learn from them, for by so doing, you are helping yourself to build your success story. Remember, you can only have it if you have seen it.

Fear the Lord your God

All the other creatures have obeyed God’s instructions till date, humans on the other hand have done the opposite yet you still call the creator your master. If you really fear the one who takes care of you, you would obey His commands and walk in accordance without ever venturing into disobeying Him. Well the animals still obey God, and that is why they are not mostly struck with incurable ailments and even when they fall ill, God shows them which herb is right to cure them.

If indeed you love God as you claim, you will fear him but since you do not have any respect and fear for Him, you are not heeding His commands. Many people do not fear God anymore and that is why sin keeps increasing especially in this era. People perceive God that He is slow to anger and not hasty in judging. I am glad such people still acknowledge the fact that there is judgement. Just reminisce from when you were a child till now, you realise that the time between then and now is very short and that is how judgement day will come; in just a flash, you will realise it’s here. No one whatsoever can do good if you do not fear God. You should get this notion into your head that if you do not fear God, you cannot please Him.

The apostle Paul wrote in 2nd Corinthians 5:11 that “Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.” Terror is a strong word, but Paul had that for God and that is how come he was able to do as God will. Why are you whom by mercy have been called into this royalty not fearing the king? You have even closed your mind on judgement day and hades all because you have not even an aorta of fear for God. Know that the foundation of your salvation depends mostly on how well you reverence God because it is in referencing Him that will trigger your fear for Him which will guard your steps from sinning against your God, also, always have the thought of heaven in mind since that too can aid you in minding your endeavours.

The leadership protection.

As we learnt from our previous message, one of the ways by which you are protected as a child of God is the protection that comes from the church, but today’s focus will be on the leadership protection.

Every church has a leader whom God has put charge over His church, more like a shepherd for the sheep. The leader who is God’s ambassador or representative has a special protection from God. When you denounce yourself and decide to follow Christ, you definitely need to go to church and mostly, it is the one whose preaching touched your hearts' church that you normally join and this where you get your church protection from but the difference between the church and leadership protection is that, the church protection comes when you have become a member of the church while the leadership protection is the one you enjoy when you begin to circumspectly follow every word of God that comes to you as a member through your church leader, i.e. the founder. After you have been covered with the church’s protection, you now need to attain that leadership protection too and how to get that is very simple. All you need do is to in all humility, always endeavour to live your life by the word of God that comes to you through your leader, adhere to his words because these leaders receive what ever they teach from God therefore, who ever abides in their words is ready and sanctified to receive that leadership protection that comes from God through his servants(pastor, prophet, priest etc.) But if your leader is not working in accordance to the word of God or are working by their own knowledge without the Holy Spirit, then know that whatever protection you might be enjoying is not of God.

I for instance am the leader of House Power Ministry International and because God has shielded me with this protection, any person who follows my teachings in all diligence after repentance and decides to become a member of House of power or my sheep qualifies for that specific leadership protection from God through me but please be mindful, this type of protection is not automatically for everyone but the ones who will heed the words that I preach.

Church protection..

Many people for some reason make bad utterances about going to church as if the church is a worse place to be on earth or not really necessary to go there. The church is a very important place to be ,in fact, it is God’s desire that His children meet there from time to time to pray and worship Him and since Christ wanted to create that impression of going to church to worship as a believer, He Himself churched during His stay here on earth.

For the protection you need as a child of God to be stronger, there should be the presence of self protection that will come from yourself, leadership protection that you will enjoy under a godly leader and the church protection and today’s message will be talking about the latter. It is true that you will have God’s protection after becoming born-again but it does end there, all these kinds of protection must come together into full function for your protection to be complete. 2nd chronicles 6:24-25 reads “ And if thy people Israel be put to the worse before the enemy, because they have sinned against thee; and shall return and confess thy name, and pray and make supplication before thee in this house; 6:25 Then hear thou from the heavens, and forgive the sin of thy people Israel, and bring them again unto the land which thou gavest to them and to their fathers.” You know, king Solomon said these words for the church he built for God and these words are still in full function till date. 24 says and if the people shall return and confess and pray and make supplication before you Lord in this ‘house’ which denotes the church, then God should hear that fellow. And this kind of prayer is working because God had a covenant with Solomon. This memory verse is actually telling us how important it is for people to go into the church to pray.

When God calls someone into His ministry and beseech the person to put up a church and gives unto him(the person whom He has called) a name for the church, because it is God’s plan to save people through the church, He sets aside Angels who He assigns to the church; to protect each and every member of that particular church, in all their endeavours. But you should know that not all churches but the ones that was founded on God’s truth and is always under the unction of the Holy spirit. So you see how important it is for you to belong to a church of God? It is God’s plan that you have this kind of protection too; the more reason you should from this day pray and seek from God which church He wants you to attend so you can also enjoy this privilege(church protection).
