I. PRIORITIES IN FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT.
A. Tithes and Offerings. Malachi 3:10
B. Taxes. Romans 13:17
C. Basic Living Expenses. 1 Timothy 5:8
D. Free Will Giving. Proverbs 11:24, Galatians 6:6, 10
E. Savings. Proverbs 6:6-11, Matthew 25:27

II. PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS. Ecclesiastes 11:1-6
I. Develop long term financial plan according to the ways if the Lord
II. Keep a Bank Account to track financial records
III. Learn About financial and money markets
IV. Build up your Wealth and don't want quick money eg Gambling and lottery
V. Diversify your financial base. Don't put all your eggs in one basket
VI. Invest windfalls
