so that it may fly again.

Leadership Lesson for CCR

Every leader must face seasons of painful renewal.

This may involve:
1. Letting go of methods that once worked
2. Releasing leadership roles gracefully
3. Confronting pride, fatigue, or routine
4. Returning to prayer and silence

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10)
What once served you may now limit you.

What you refuse to release will restrict your future.
Renewal always follows surrender.

Eagles do not feed on carcasses.
They hunt fresh prey.

Leadership Lesson for CCR

Past testimonies are powerful —
but they cannot replace present obedience.

A CCR leader must avoid:
1. Living on past revivals
2 Repeating old programs without fresh fire
3. Relying on yesterday’s anointing

The Holy Spirit is alive and dynamic.
Leadership requires continuous renewal.
“Remember not the former things… See, I am doing a new thing.” (Isaiah 43:18–19)

If it does not stretch you, it will not strengthen you.
If it does not challenge you, it will not change you.
Feed on fresh encounters, not old memories.
