Children learn more from what they see than from what they are told. The environment you create around them, the words you speak, the habits you display, and the things you constantly expose them to will slowly shape their character, mindset, and future.
If children grow up constantly attached to entertainment, social media trends, and harmful distractions, they may naturally admire and imitate those things. But when they are raised around Qur’an, good manners, beneficial knowledge, righteous role models, and the remembrance of Allah, those values become rooted within them from a young age.
Do not only instruct your children to be respectful, honest, and moral show them those qualities through your own actions. Be an example of the character you wish to see in them, because children often imitate behavior before they understand advice.
People may forget many words they were taught, but they rarely forget the environment they experienced and the example that was set before them.
May Allah guide our children, protect their hearts, and make them among the righteous and beneficial servants of the Ummah. Aaaamin
