ARE ALL CHURCHES SAVING SOULS*???
In today's christianity, there are many churches with different practices and doctrines if we compared to that of the doctrine of Jesus Christ or the Apostles' doctrine*. A group of churches with similar doctrine, entitled themselves as pentecostal churches, some call themselves as charismatic churches, others say they are spiritual churches and many more. These church groupings do not have *the same doctrine and practices*.
The question is, are all churches saving souls??? *The answer is NO*. A church can call themselves as *Church of Christ*, and claim that the church *belongs to Christ* but if they are not obeying Christ's doctrine and practices,they cannot be a saving church. This implies that not all churches are saving souls. What are the reasons why some churches are not saving churches or are not saving souls.
☑️A. There are many churches today that do not save souls who join them because they are mere *social associations* and are also *profitable businesses* where they sell miracle items such as orange,drinks,bottle water,"Sobolo"or "sobo", and many more. God does not recognize such churches as His church because they do not worship based on His will. They do not worship God in truth and in spirit. [ Read : John 4:24, 6:63,17:17]. *God' word is truth and also spirit*, therefore, God must be worshipped base on His word,not on man's wisdom or commandments.Many Denominational and one-man churches are profitable businesses to their founders.They are *money-making-ventures that is why the pastors and evangelists sell miracle items in the churches and members also buy.* This is reality not fiction.
This behaviour is what Jesus saw in the temple and he was not happy about it.
*Matthew 21:12-13* : And Jesus went into the temple of God and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple and overthrew the tables of money-changers and the seat of them that sold doves" verse 13 : "And He said unto them it is written, my house shall be a house of prayer but you have made it a den of thieves"
√ *Such churches are established by men who are founders and general overseers of their own churches*.
☑️B. Biblically there is one body of Christ. As Christ's body is one,so His Church is also one, because the church is the body according to Ephesians 1:22-23. He shed His blood to buy and save men to become His church according to their obedience to the gospel. [Read : Acts 20:28].*God recognize only the body of Christ. People believe that , though the body of Christ is one,but there are members of the body* which represent other denominational churches. *This is not true biblically.* [ *Read*:Ephesians 4:4, 1:22-23,1Corinthians 12:12-13, 12:27-27 ]. *The members of the body are in the one body*. Therefore, the members is referred to ministries,gifts or offices in the body of Christ [His church] such as teachers, Evangelists, pastors and others. *Christ's body is not a confused body to have many denominations with different faiths and practices as being members of His body. This means that denominational churches do not save because they are not body of Christ or members of the body of Christ as they teach or proclaim to people .But, the body of Christ saves.
☑️C. Denominational churches do not save because *Christ Jesus is the only saviour*. Therefore,no one can go to God,the Father in heaven except only through Jesus Christ. *There is no name under the sun which men can be saved in it ,except Jesus' name*. He was able to save Himself from destruction or rioting so those who obey Him shall also be saved. No one can shed his blood to save people. Though there are many men who has established their own churches with man-made doctrine and practices. There are many *religious personalities that are like gods to men*, but they cannot be saviours of men. Such religious personalities who have established their own churches cannot exchange their souls for people to have forgiveness of sin.
☑️D. There are many false practices about steps to be saved or to become a christian. Such practices are mostly taught or preached by denominationals and one-man churches. Examples, *after a pastor or evangelist has preached his message,he will tell people to say some words after him,that is called "sinner's prayer". if someone does it,he will tell that person that you are saved,find any Bible believing church to attend and for such reason, *many who comply or obey such fallacy are not baptized*. Some are also baptized by sprinkling or pouring water on them. Many church members who are ignorant in God's word are not saved because of false denominational faith and practices towards salvation. But, baptism saves! [ Read : Galatians 3:27,Acts 22:16 ]
Conclusion:
☑️ Biblically, the church is the body of Christ. Body of Jesus Christ saves, so His church. He shed His blood to save men and indeed He was able to save Himself from destruction or rioting,therefore, he who obeys His steps of salvation shall also be saved. He exchanged His righteous soul for the sinful souls of men.Therefore, those who come to Him must or will be saved. Those saved are His church.
SEEK FOR THE TRUE PATH AND WALK THERE IN AND YOU WILL HAVE REST FOR YOUR SOUL.[ JEREMIAH 6:16 ]
